X-Ray Optics
A2 beamline is used for a variety of projects related to X-ray optics development and testing, both in hutch and under high heal load


A2 setup to measure "intrinsic" rocking curves of high resolution multilayers


Experimental rocking curve measured from a Al2O2/B4C multilayer with 800 bi-layers and d=27Å measured at 10.0 keV. The FWHM width is 10.5 arc sec, energy bandpass is 0.22%.


Reflectivity curves measured from small d-spacing multilayers at 10.0 keV: Mo/B4C, d=15 Å, 600 bi-layers
