Name:  mescan - meshed single-motor/energy scan

Description:  mescan motor_mne mot_start mot_end intervals E_start E_end intervals count [plotmode]

The mescan macro executes a meshed single-motor/energy. The mot_start and mot_end positions are given in absolute units, and the energy motion is nested within the motor motion.  The optional plotmode argument determines what, if any, value is plotted as the x-axis.  Giving a negative number will cause the scan to plot the energy on the x-axis, whereas a positive number indicates that the motor position is to be plotted as x. If the argument is omitted altogether, or a zero is given, no plot is generated.  scan_on or resume may be used to restart the scan if it is aborted.
