MacCHESS maintains a few loaner kits for users who would like to try out the automounter, but do not have equipment of their own.
The kit includes:
- 7 ALS or Uni-pucks in a shipping cane
- The necessary puck-handling tools
The user must supply their own sample pins and bases. See required equipment for more details. For users who do not have their own dry shipper, we can provide a CX100 Cryo Express Dry Shipper with Shipping Case. Users are responsible for all shipping costs and any tools or equipment that are lost or damaged. To request loaner kits, contact macchess-admin@cornell.edu.
