2025 Spring Run (2025_2) Important Dates and Deadlines
| Call for Proposals and Beam Time Requests (BTRs) Begins | January 2, 2025 |

| Rapid Access Proposal Submission* begins | February 13, 2025 |
| Peer Review Deadline for Incoming Proposals* | February 26, 2025 |
| Beam Time Request (BTR) Deadline | February 26, 2025 |
| Run Cycle Begins | April 23, 2025 |
| Run Cycle Ends | June 24, 2025 |
* Rapid Access proposals are selectively accepted. Among the beamlines, MacCHESS beamlines (7A XBio / BioSAXS and 7B2 XBio / FlexX) and MSN-C beamlines (1A3 SMB and 3B FMB) accept Rapid Access proposals. Consequently, peer reviews for MacCHESS beamlines are continuous. MSN-C operates as a closed system and is not subject to peer review.
CHEXS beamlines (2A PIPOXS, 3A FAST, and 4B QM2) do NOT accept Rapid Access proposals. Proposals and beam time requests adhere to the deadlines listed above. Peer reviewers should observe the deadline above.
